Directions to the camp

From Eastern States

( Mass, Maine, New Hampshire or Connecticut)

You should take Highway 91 N. After the Canadian border it will change into 55 N.

From New York State or New Jersey

Take route 87 N. all the way to Canada. It will then change into 15 N.
from 15 N. take route 30 east , then 20 east to 55 N.

After

Follow 55 N. until you pass Shawinigan which turns into 155 N. to « La Tuque » .
Go through « La Tuque » following the 155 N. road signs. Coming out of « La Tuque » take 1st left towards « La Croche » .
After 4 miles, take a left on route 25 (dirt road). At km 103 turn left (25) ,at Km 177 turn left (10) to «Parent ». Follow the road signs to « Parent » and then «Clova ». You will easily found us in the village of Clova ( see signs and map below).

From Ohio, Pa., Virginia

Use 81 N. over the « thousand island bridge » through Canada. After take Highway 401 and then 416 N. from 416 take 417 east. In Ottawa take « King Edward » avenue to route # 5.
Then get on 50 east until « Buckingham ». You will then take route 309 N. to « Mt-Laurier ».
From « Mt-Laurier » , Follow route 309 just past the village of « Mont-St-Michel » and look for « Parent » sign ( to the right ) .
Follow the dirt road. Upon reaching « Parent » ,after the concrete bridge, turn left towards « Clova ».
Follow the road signs to « Clova » or Caesars North Camps. You will easily found us in the village of « Clova » ( see signs and map below).

***Do not put Clova into your GPS ! It will take you into an old washed out road.

If you want to use your GPS, please put in PARENT, Quebec.

How to get there for your fly-in fishing trip in Quebec

You will easily find us in the village of Clova. (See below the map of the village)
DO NOT USE YOUR GPS TO CLOVA, IT WILL TAKE YOU THE OLD CLOVA ROAD. USE YOUR GPS TO GO TO PARENT AND THEN TURN LEFT TO CLOVA

In Clova there is for your convenience a restaurant, a gas station (diesel fuel only in Parent and Mont Laurier not in Clova), a bar and an “auberge” (hotel) to stay overnight at 35$/pers + tx.
We will make reservation for you if you wish to arrive the night before but you don’t pay until you get there.
There are also numerous hotels in Mt-Laurier to choose from…

Fly-IN From Ste-Anne du Lac

For people who want to avoid the dirt road between Mont St Michel and Clova, it is also possible to fly direct either to Clova or to your camp ( depending on schedule) from the paved road at the Ste-Anne du Lac Seaplane Base located just 40 min from Mt-Laurier. Take route 309 , pass Ferme-Neuve and Mont St-Michel, You will reach Ste-Anne du Lac. Look for the seaplane base by the lake ( also big sign at the entrance )
